Game Rules
• Cross-ice games
• 2 games per ice time
• 5 minute warm-up
• 2 x 10 minute run-time periods per game
• No checking at any age level

League Structure
• 6 skaters & 1 goalie per team
If a team doesn't have a full-time goalie team can roster 7 skaters & rotate through goalie
• 8 games per team across 4 weekends
